EXHALE RUN For Women

NEXT COURSE STARTING Thursday 1st May

The goal of the course is for you to fall in love with running, feel stronger/confident running, learn how to manage/prevent pelvic floor dysfunction & other injuries along your running journey.

What is it? 

9 week block of group run sessions for women. Sessions will include: warm up, exercise activations, running specific strength exercises, technique and drills, main running set (this will be progressive over 8 weeks- tailored to all levels, yes you can walk too),  cool down and education.

Who is it for?

For women in any season who would like to learn to run, return to running after having an injury, after having a baby or would just like to feel stronger and confident running.

What it includes:

  • Pre-screening/goal setting.

  • 9 x 60 minute small group run sessions (limited to 8 people).

  • Individual run/exercise modifications available.

  • Take home run strong guidebook including: pelvic floor considerations, running specific strength exercises, gear recommendations, how to reduce chance of injury and how to work towards a run goal.

  • Take home running specific strength exercise and warm up videos

FINER DETAILS:

Cost: $295. Private health rebates may apply, please call your health fund to see if you are eligible (it comes under Exercise Physiology 502). I can send you individual invoices for each session with my provider number if you would like to claim.

Pre-screening form : Once I have received your payment, I will send you a pre-screening form including a run, health and exercise history for me to get to know you a little better. 

Run Sessions: Commence on the 1st of May for 9 weeks, Thursday 9-10am (1/5 - 26/6)
