What to expect in our 1:1 Exercise Physiology appointments?

Prior to your first appointment I will ask you to fill in some screening forms, so I have a general understanding of your current health and why you have come to see me.

In your initial appointment, I will sit down with you and go through a thorough assessment, including any relevant medical history or injuries and discuss your goals. We will then move into the gym and look at how your body is moving. 

From here we will design an individualised exercise programme and come up with a plan together. This may include, education, home/gym exercises, mindfulness, breathing exercises, review appointments and small group classes, providing a combination of support for you as a whole person.

At subsequent appointments we will review how you have been going with your current plan and if any modifications need to be made. We will ensure you are completing your exercises with a safe technique and will continue to progress your exercises, working towards your goal.
